News allows you to publish audience-specific content in the Staffbase App and Intranet. You can create news posts within a news channel. You can also copy posts to another channel of the same type. The copied post appears in the new channel as a draft, regardless of the original post's publication status.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > News.
2. Navigate to the channel and post you want to copy.

3. Under Options, click Copy Post. 

   

   The Copy Post dialog opens.

4. From the dropdown, select the channel to which you want to copy the post.
5. Click Copy.
   The channel into which you copied the post opens. 

You have successfully copied the post as a draft into a new channel. You can now publish the post.
