News allows you to publish audience-specific content in the Staffbase App and Intranet. You can create news posts within a news channel. You can also move it to another channel of the same type. 

For example, you can move an update post to another update channel type. When you move a post, you also move its comments and likes. If you do not want to move the likes and comments, you can copy the post. 

When a post is moved to another channel, it retains its previous publication status. For example, if you move a published post to another channel, the post is moved to the other channel in published mode.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > News.
2. Navigate to the channel and post you want to copy.
3. Under Options, click Move Post.
   
   The Move Post dialog opens.
4. From the dropdown, select the channel to which you want to move the post.
5. Click Move.
   The channel into which you moved the post opens.

You have successfully moved the post into a new channel.
