The Tasks plugin allows you to organize and manage work across your organization. Create projects with task lists to structure your team’s activities and assign responsibilities efficiently. Tasks is ideal for coordinating daily operations, tracking project progress, and supporting teams in achieving their goals.
Installing the Tasks Plugin
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > Add Plugin.
The Marketplace page displays. - Navigate to Tasks and click Install.
The dialog to add Tasks opens. -
Provide a title and space for the Project.
- From the Visibility in the App dropdown, choose who can see the project.
- Click Create Project.
You have added your first project. You can add more projects at any time. To make the project visible to your users, you must first edit the project and publish it.
