The Q&A plugin is a Staffbase Employee Experience (EX) Booster Plugin. It transforms your Employee App or Intranet into an interactive knowledge hub where questions can be asked, answered, and easily found. Once you have installed the Q&A plugin, you can further configure and publish your first Q&A page to make it visible to your users.
Configuring the Q&A Page
- In the Studio, navigate to the Content > Q&A.
- Navigate to the Q&A page you want to configure.
- Click Manual at the bottom of the page to open the configuration guide.
- Use the manual to configure your page to fit your needs.
- Click Save.
You have configured the Q&A page. You can now publish the page to make it visible to your users.
Publishing the Q&A Page
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > Q&A.
- Navigate to the Q&A page you want to publish.
- Click Publish Q&A.
You have published the Q&A page. It is now visible to your users.
