My Files in Staffbase Email allows your team to access a shared library of images, videos, and collections. This integration reduces repetitive work and ensures consistent imagery across all communications. You can access My Files directly from the Email Designer. To include an image or video element in your email, click the placeholder to display the upload icon.
Supported Media File Sizes
- The maximum supported image size within an email is 25 MB.
- The maximum size for attachments in Staffbase Email is 7.5 MB. Learn more about attachments.
Upload from My Files
Clicking the upload icon will directly open My Files, allowing you to select the file you want to upload to your email.
Inline video playback is not supported by most major email clients, including Gmail, Outlook (Windows and Outlook.com), and Yahoo Mail, due to security and performance restrictions. This limitation is enforced by the email provider and cannot be configured or overridden in Staffbase.
