It is crucial to maintain accurate time zone settings in your profile to ensure your scheduled communications are sent at the correct hour. If the time zone settings in a user's profile do not match their actual location or current daylight saving time (DST)/standard time, scheduled emails may not be sent at the correct time.
This article shows you how to check and update the time zone settings in your profile before sending or scheduling your emails.
Changing the Time Zone Settings in Your Profile
- In the Employee Email web app, navigate to the account icon with your initials in it and click Settings.
- On the Employee Email Settings page, click the Account tile.
The Account settings open. - Check if the timezone matches your location.
You can use this link to find the correct time zone for your location. - If necessary, select the correct timezone from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save and Update.
You have updated the timezone to match your location.
