Scheduling a post to be unpublished will move that post back into a draft at the date and time you select automatically. This is useful to keep your platform organized and free of content that has an expiration date, such as a real-time update for an event.
It is possible to schedule the date and time at which the article will be unpublished and no longer visible to your employees. This is done at the same time as you schedule it to be published. If you do not schedule a post to be unpublished during the publication process, you can manually unpublish a post at any time.
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > News.
- Click Edit next to the post you want to schedule for unpublication.
- Under Unpublication Time, activate the toggle next to Not scheduled.
- Select the date and time when you want the post to be unpublished.
- Optionally customize the settings of the post.
- Click Publish Now.
You have published the post and it is now visible to users. It will be unpublished at the time you selected. If you activated the push or email notifications options, users will receive the notification right away. Users are not notified when the post is unpublished.
