You can review and edit the import details before the actual CSV import.

Viewing the Preview

You can only preview files for files in Preview Ready status.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Users > CSV Import > the file you want to import.
2. Click the three dots to open the more options menu.
3. Click View Preview.
   The View Preview option appears only for files in Preview Ready status.
   
   The New Import page opens with a summary of the changes that come with the import. You can review the details and see if everything is correct.

Next Steps

After reviewing the preview, you can do one of the following:
• Edit the settings
• Edit the mapping
• Import the file

Editing the Settings

1. In the Studio, navigate to Users > CSV Import > the file you want to import.
2. Click the three dots to open the more options menu.
3. Click Edit Settings.
   The Edit Settings option is available only for files in Preview Ready status.
4. Edit the settings according to your preference.
5. Click Next.
   The Mapping page opens.
6. Optionally, edit the mapping according to your preference.
   You have edited the settings. Now, you can either create a preview to review the changes or import the file.

Editing the Mapping

1. In the Studio, navigate to Users > CSV Import > the file you want to import.
2. Click the three dots to open the more options menu.
3. Click Edit Mapping.
   The Edit Mapping option is available only for files in Preview Ready status.
4. Edit the mapping according to your preference.
   You have edited the mapping. Now, you can either create a preview to review the changes or import the file.
