Smart Campaigns allow you to monitor your content strategy. For each smart campaign, you can set a strategic goal to guide your content creation and add a start and end date as well as a campaign color. Campaigns bundle strategically aligned content, such as News posts on a certain topic. Put your content strategy in action and create a campaign.
Creating a Campaign
- In the Studio, navigate to Planning > Campaigns.
- Click Create Campaign.
The Create Campaign page opens. - Enter a title for the campaign.
- Optionally, enter the goal of the campaign.
- Optionally, enter the start and end date of the campaign.
- Select a campaign color.
- Optionally, under Campaign Alignment, enable the toggle to create an alignment survey.
- Click Create.
You have created the campaign. Now, you can assign existing news posts to the campaign or create new posts.
Editing a Campaign
Once you have created a campaign, you can edit it at any time to fit your needs.

In the Studio, navigate to Planning > Campaigns > the campaign you want to edit.

Click the three-dot menu.

Click Edit.
The Edit Campaign dialog opens. -
Edit any section of the campaign.

Click Save.
You have edited the campaign. Any changes are reflected immediately.
Deleting a Campaign

In the Studio, navigate to Planning > Campaigns > the campaign you want to delete.

Click the three-dot menu.

Click Delete.
The Delete Campaign dialog opens.

Click Delete to confirm or Cancel to go back.
You have successfully deleted the campaign. Any posts previously assigned to this campaign have been unassigned.
