This integration is helpful if you have certain teams in your organization that heavily use Microsoft Teams to collaborate on a daily basis. You can also make the Teams Collaborate option available to only those specific teams.
How Collaborate on Microsoft Teams Looks for Users
The redesigned user profile page on the Staffbase platform allows users to use the Microsoft Teams dropdown. Signed in users can contact other users who have a valid Microsoft email address listed as their public email address.
The Microsoft Teams dropdown only appears on the profile of other users. You will not see it in your own user profile.
When users click on Microsoft Teams, a dropdown opens with the following options:
Clicking on an option directs the user to the respective option in Microsoft Teams.
