In the event module, both internal and external events can be saved and assigned to any event group.
Events
The event list can be searched, exported, grouped, and filtered. You can also personalize the table. Decide which columns should be visible, their order, and their width. Click the pink plus button to create new events directly in this view.
Events can be bulk uploaded to Communications Control, for example, from an Excel sheet. Have a look at the criteria that need to be fulfilled here.
Event-related content can be created directly from the calendar. Click on the content icon that appears on the right side of the event when hovering over it.
Event Groups
Event groups contain all created groups (calendars). To add more event groups, click the pink plus button.
By clicking on an event group, all associated events become visible. Click on the pink plus button to add further events to the group.
Event Timeline
The event timeline offers you another way to visualize your events: either monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, or customized.
