Why is content with the status Draft not displayed in the calendar?

Content with the status Draft in Communications Control is considered to be the first form of content after an idea. Furthermore, the status is characterized by the fact that there is no publication date (yet). There might be a concept for the content, but apart from that, the content does not have any elaboration yet. The status indicates that the content will be worked on in the near future, but the work has not started yet.

In the calendar, content is only visible starting from the Open status, which is the next step status after Draft in the standard.
