In the calendar of Communications Control, only content that has been assigned a date is displayed. Thus, drafts, stories without a date, templates, and ideas are not displayed in the calendar.
However, you can still assign a date to these objects in the calendar so that they are displayed.
To schedule drafts, ideas, and stories, follow the listed steps:
-
Open the calendar in day, week, or month view.
-
Click on the clock icon in the upper right corner.
-
In the Type field on the right, select the type of item you want to schedule in the calendar (draft, untimed story, template, idea; if you're using the shared library, also shared items).
-
Optional: Select a topic association to limit the number of results.
-
Drag and drop the object to the desired day or time in the calendar.
-
Decide whether you want to edit the object you just converted directly or close it first. A click on the X in the upper right corner cancels the action.
-
Provide your content with any missing information, such as the exact time, assets, or more.
