    Setting up the CSV File

    Data Requirements

    The data that needs to be imported depends on the onboarding method that you choose. For each onboarding method different data is required, highly recommended, or optional. 

    Specifications

    Data Specification
    Identifier
    • unique
    • permanently connected to the user
    • cannot be changed
    • identifies one and the same user throughout subsequent imports
    Username
    • unique
    • cannot contain the character @
    • changeable
    Email for Login
    • unique
    • changeable
    Access Code / One-Time Password
    • can either be set with the CSV import or the systems generates 
     Recovery Code
    •  can either be set with the CSV import or the systems generates

    Separator

    Use one of the following:

    • Commas
    • Semicolons

    Charset

    Use one of the following:

    • Unicode (UTF-8)
    • Windows Westeuropäisch (windows-1252)
