Staffbase provides many different resources to help you make the most of the platform. The Resource Center makes those resources available to you directly in the Studio.

Opening the Resource Center Menu
- In the Studio, go to the top menu bar.
- Click the icon for the Resource Center.
The Resource Center menu opens.
Reopening a Specific Resource
The resources are stored in the Resource Center and you can always reopen them.
- In the Studio, go to the top menu bar.
- Click the icon for the Resource Center.
The Resource Center menu opens. - Navigate to the menu that contains the resource you want to see.
For example, click Q2 Release to reopen the recent release menu and find an overview of the latest features.
Accessing Latest Staffbase Updates via the Resource Center
The Resource Center offers not only insights on quarterly releases but also announces when smaller updates are released.
Whenever new updates on minor improvements are available, users see a blue badge notification on the Resource Center. This notification disappears after the user opens the Product News or after seven days. If no updates have been published within the last seven days, the Product News area shows only the latest quarterly release notification text.
- In the Studio, go to the top menu bar.

- The Resource Center menu opens.
- Click Product News.
- Click Learn more.
The Latest Staffbase Updates page in the Support Portal opens. Here, read through all improvements and bug fixes made to your Employee App, Front Door Intranet, and Employee Email.
Opting Out of Optional Pop-Ups
You can opt out of seeing some of the pop-ups in the Studio, for example, event or community updates. Other pop-ups inform you about important changes to the platform and you cannot switch them off completely, for example, maintenance information or the quarterly release information.
- In the Studio, go to the top menu bar.
- Click the icon for the Resource Center.
The Resource Center menu opens. - Navigate to Configure Pop-Ups.
The configuration dialog opens. - Select the pop-ups you want to opt out.
You’ve opted out of optional pop-ups. If you’d like to opt in again, reopen the configuration dialog and change the settings.
Why Can't I see the Resource Center
If you have access to the Studio, but can’t see the icon for the Resource Center, there could be several different reasons for this:
- Did your organization switch off the Resource Center?
Reach out to your App or Intranet Administrator to learn if your organization uses the Resource Center. - Do you have ad blockers activated for your internet browser?
The technology of the Resource Center might be classified as an advertisement by some ad blockers. Reach out to your IT Administrator to confirm if the ad blocker could be the reason, and if its settings can be adjusted to allow the Resource Center in the Studio.
