Staffbase recommends following a few guidelines to ensure that videos play quickly and in good quality. As a general rule, try to keep the file size as small as possible to avoid long waiting times while uploading and playing them. The maximum file size for videos is 4GB.
Video streaming experience may vary depending on internet connection strength. We recommend using files with 720p (1280 x 720px) resolution, as this gives a balance between good video quality and reasonable size. You can also use higher-resolution files, which might increase data usage and impact the video streaming experience. Learn more about media formats that Staffbase supports.
