Smart devices must be updated to a newer app version at least once a year or they will lose access to the employee app.
App releases ensure that your app has all the latest features and offers the highest standards to protect your employees’ security and your organization’s compliance.
As the app admin, you can support employees in updating to the latest app version by actively advertizing upcoming releases in your organization. Two weeks before a mobile app update, your organization will receive the release announcement, including a list of new features that you are welcome to share with your organization.
