Content available in the public area is accessible to all audiences beyond your employees who are signed in to your Staffbase platform.
Making Content Public
By default, all new content is visible only to signed-in users. You can select content to place in the public area to make it visible to non-signed-in users.
- In the Studio, navigate to Content.
- Navigate to the page, news channel, or plugin you want to make public.
- Click the gear wheel to open the settings.
- In the settings page, adjust the toggle Visibility in the Public Area to activate the option.
- Click Save. You have made the content visible in the public area.
Viewing a Preview of Your Public Area
You can see a preview of all the public content in the Settings of your Staffbase platform.
- In Studio, navigate to Settings > Public Area.
The Public Area page opens.
