News allows audience-specific publishing of dynamic content in the Staffbase App and Intranet. It is organized into a three-layered system of news page, channel, and post.
Channel visibility settings allow you to select the target groups for the news channel. All the posts in a channel have the same visibility. The visibility is set when you create the channel, but can be adjusted in the channel settings at any time.
Staffbase recommends considering the type of content to be published in the channel when configuring visibility. For example, if the channel is going to post updates for North America, set the visibility to North American users or user groups.
