Staffbase allows you to manage the system email address and icon directly in the Studio. This option streamlines updates, reduces manual effort, and ensures your organization's branding is always up to date.
The support email address appears in the email footer, is shown as the contact address on the Studio login screen, and is used as the reply-to email address for password reset. The email icon is displayed in the email header.
Email Icon Requirements
- Size: 360 pixels width, maximum 360 pixels height
- File format: png

In the Studio, navigate to Settings > System Emails.
- Under Email Icon, upload or drag and drop a file from your computer.
- In the Email field, enter the email address that needs to be displayed in the system email and on the sign-in page.
- Click Save. You have added the icon and system email address. You can update them at any time.
How the System Email and Email Icon Look to Users
On the Studio login page, users can see the system email address.
The support email address and its accompanying text appear only if you have configured the email address in the Studio.
In system-generated emails, such as invitations or password resets, users can see the email icon in the header and the email in the footer.
