With the Staffbase News Quick Block, you can embed App or Intranet content directly into your emails. If you have access to SharePoint, you can include SharePoint news, too.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Email.
2. Click Create Email or open an email you want to edit.

3. In the Email Designer, click the News quick block from the left panel.

   
    

   
   A news quick block is added to your email.

4. On the right, select the SharePoint tab for SharePoint news or the Internal tab for internal news.

5. Use keywords in the search to find a news post or select a news post from the last published list.

   The search finds results for news posts titles in Article channel types. It does not search for content from other areas of a post, or from Media or Update channels.

A thumbnail image, the article’s title, and the teaser text are copied into the news quick block, along with a link to the article. If the article has no image or the teaser text is blank, you can add your own image and teaser text in the news block. Additionally, you can edit all texts, including the link text.
