Templates in Staffbase Email save time by removing the need to write messages from scratch and ensure consistent tone and formatting. When built thoughtfully, they enable fast, aligned communication and make it easy to delegate branded email creation.
They also help maintain compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations, especially for recurring content. Templates can be organized in galleries for quick access and a clear overview.
In the Templates overview, you can quickly see all templates, including their name, date of creation, and time of last update.
You can further create a new template or template gallery. In the overview, you can:
- Search the templates by title
- Filter the templates by author
- Sort the templates by recency
- Open the three dot menu next to each template to edit, duplicate, preview, add a cover image, or delete the template.
You can also navigate between the All Templates or All Galleries tabs. Learn more about creating template galleries.
In All Templates you can see an overview of all templates. In All Galleries, you can see a list of all template galleries, as well as the number of templates that are stored in each gallery. Each template must be stored in a template gallery and can only be in one gallery at a time. The three dot menu next to each template gallery offers to view the details of the gallery or change its settings.
