News allows audience-specific publishing of dynamic content in the Staffbase App and Intranet. It streamlines content and delivers it to employees in easy-to-consume formats. You can create and publish news posts within a channel. The appearance of the content format varies depending on the channel type. In this article, a post is created within the article channel type

For the article text, title, and teaser text, you can optionally use the AI-Powered Companion Editor.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > News > the article channel in which you want to add a post.
2. Click Create Post.
   The Create article page opens.
3. Provide the article title.
4. Provide the article text.
5. Select or upload an article image or video.
6. Optionally, add teaser text, media, and attachments.
7. Click Save draft.
8. Optionally, click Preview to see how the post will look to your users.
9. Optionally, add the content in another language.

You have created a draft post. You must first publish it, in order to make it visible to your users.
