In the Dashboard you will find several widgets with different information at a glance. For the Current Tasks and Approval widgets, there is an additional button at the top right of the page. How to use this button is explained below.

For the widgets that include mentioned button, you can open at least one more view with different search results.

Changing the view in the "Current tasks" widget

1. To change the view, first click on the My Tasks button.

   

2. A dropdown menu opens, showing you more options for the table results. In this case, Team Tasks.

   

3. Switching from My Tasks to Team Tasks automatically changes the results displayed in the widget's table, similar to applying a filter.

   

Changing the view in the "Current approvals" widget

The Current approvals widget also provides a button to change the view or the displayed search results.

1. Click the button at the top right of the Current approvals widget.

   

2. A dropdown menu opens, displaying two further options: To approve and All approvals.

   
   The displayed results change depending on the filtering selection.
