Viewing Insights From My Files

You can view video insights from the My Files view and central File Manager. Learn more about the File Manager.

Viewing Insights From the Central File Manager

Administrator

View the insights of videos uploaded to the platform to analyze the most engaging videos.

In the Studio, navigate to Content > File Manager.
The File Manager opens.
Click the three dots to open more options for a video.
The dropdown menu opens.
Click Insights.

The File Insights dialog opens. It displays metadata and metrics. Hover over the (?) icon for a brief description of the metadata and metrics fetched.
Click X to close.

You have viewed video insights from within a page.

Editor

View the insights of the video content you uploaded to the platform.

Studio View

In the Studio, navigate to a page or post to access My Files.
In the content editor, click the media icon to open the menu.
Click My Files.
Click the three dots to open more options for a video.
A dropdown menu opens.
Click File Insights.
The File Insights dialog opens. It displays the metadata and metrics. Hover over the (?) icon for a brief description of the metadata and metrics fetched.
Click X to close.

User View

In the user view, navigate to any news post or page.
Click Edit to open the content editor.
In the content editor, click the media icon to open the menu.
Click My Files.
Click the three dots to open more options for a video.
The dropdown menu opens.
Click Insights.
The File Insights dialog opens. It displays metadata and metrics. Hover over the (?) icon for a brief description of the metadata and metrics fetched.
Click X to close.
