Video Insights are only available for videos uploaded onto the Staffbase platform in the posts and pages article body. Video metrics are not available for videos shorter than 10 seconds or videos embedded onto the Staffbase platform from external video-sharing platforms, such as YouTube or Vimeo.

The following video metrics are tracked:
Total Views
Total Views displays the total number of times the video was viewed for more than 5 seconds.
Unique Views
Unique Views displays the total number of times an individual user has watched the video for more than 5 seconds.
Viewing Time
Viewing Time displays the average time users watched the video before pausing it or navigating away.
