Survey results give a detailed breakdown for each question and an overview of results over time for individual surveys. Results are updated in real-time as answers are submitted. You can view the results in the Surveys plugin in the Studio.
To keep surveys confidential, survey results are displayed only after a minimum of 5 user submissions. Similarly, survey question results are displayed only after 5 answer submissions for each question. This ensures that individual answers remain anonymous and protects your users’ privacy.
Understanding Survey Results
Survey results are available for a specific survey in the Surveys plugin in the Studio. Results are confidential and individual answers do not show any identifying information. Results include the start and end date of the survey, number of questions, and participants. Answers from the survey are averaged and a detailed breakdown is shown in a bar graph.
If the survey is recurring, you can also see how many rounds have taken place so far and choose to see results for a specific round. You can also see the results over time in a line graph.
Using Result Filters
Survey results can be sorted using filters for each survey. Filtering helps you narrow down, specify, and analyze data as needed. Filters are customizable based on profile fields and need to first be activated in the Settings section of your app. Combine more than one filter category to further refine results.
Sharing Results
Increase engagement and transparency by giving your employees the option to see the averages and detailed breakdown of survey results after they submit their own answers. Answers remain confidential, and filtering is not possible by users. You can enable and customize this setting individually for each survey and turn it on or off at any time. Results are only visible to users while the survey is published.
