Content teams can draft news articles that can then be published on behalf of another user. This can be particularly useful for publishing company-wide news on behalf of department heads or the CEO.
Ghostwriting is not possible for RSS feeds since there is no public author displayed for RSS feed posts.
Prerequisites
- The person you want to set as the author must be an editor for the channel you are posting in.
Changing the Author of a Post
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > News.
- Open the news post you want to change the author of.
The news editor opens. - In the side menu under Options > Publish as, select the user you want to set as the author from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
You have changed the author of the post. Other editors, who do not have system-wide access cannot change the author but can always see which author they’re writing on behalf of.
