You can create usernames and passwords for each user to manually add users to your app. This method is recommended for cases in which you do not have users’ email addresses or contact information. In such cases, user credentials can be distributed in person, by mail, or via another method of your choice.

1. In the Studio, navigate to User Settings.
2. Click Add user.
   A dialog opens to invite a new user.
   
3. Click Username invite.
   
   
4. Provide the user’s name and username.
5. From the dropdown menu, set the user’s access rights in the app.
6. Optionally, supply a one-time password. You can also leave this field empty, then a one-time password will be randomly generated.
7. Click Add User.
   You have successfully created a new user.
   You are automatically redirected to the Pending Users tab.

Additional Helpful Information

Under Advanced in the Add User dialog, you also have the option to set an identifier for the user, a recovery code to allow the user to reset their password, or pre-add the user to a user group.
