News allows audience-specific publishing of dynamic content in the Staffbase App and Intranet. It streamlines content and delivers it to employees in easy-to-consume formats. You can create and publish news posts within a channel. The appearance of the content format varies depending on the channel type. In this article, a post is created within the media channel type.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > News > the media channel in which you want to add a post.
2. Click Create Post.
   The Create Media page opens.

3. Select an option from the dropdown to upload an image or a video to the post. 

   
4. Provide a description.
5. Click Save draft.
6. Optionally, click Preview to see how the post will look to your users.
7. Optionally, add the content in another language.

You have created a draft post. You must first publish it, in order to make it visible to your users.
