Generating emails with the help of AI allows you to create structured, high-quality emails more efficiently. Instead of starting from scratch, you can provide a prompt or upload existing content, such as a PDF file, and let AI generate a draft based on your input. By selecting a template you define the email’s design. The template serves as the design blueprint, ensuring consistent use of fonts, colors, and formatting throughout the email.
- In the Studio, navigate to Email > Overview > Create Email.
The Create Email page opens. - Provide the internal title, space, folder, target audience, and campaign to create a new email.
- Click Next.
Under Create your email with AI, enter a prompt describing the content you want to generate in the input field or select one of the example prompts.
- Optionally, click Add file to upload a PDF file.
From the Select template dropdown, select an email template.
Click the -> icon.

Changing the prompt, content, or template generates a completely new email draft.
- Click Use this Draft.
The email draft opens in the Email Designer. - Click Save.
You have successfully created an email draft with the help of AI.
