When generating an AI Podcast episode, the system automatically compiles relevant content for you in the background based on the selected time frame and audience.

You can optionally refine the result by including or excluding specific posts. This allows you to fine-tune the episode when needed or empathize with specific high-importance messaging, while keeping the process fast and effortless.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > AI Podcast.
2. Add or edit the details for the podcast, including overall content details, priority channels, and excluded channels.

3. Click Create Episode. The Podcast Episode page opens. 

   
4. Enter the episode name for each language.
5. From the Relevant Time Frame dropdown, select a time frame for which posts the episode should include.
6. From the Always Included Posts dropdown, search for important posts and add them one at a time.
7. In the AI Instructions field, enter content notes, preferences, or specific topics to highlight in the episode.
8. Click Review Scripts.

You have entered the content details for the AI Podcast episode. You can now review the scripts.

After entering the content details, you can review the episode scripts. You can view the personalized script for any user in the audience.

1. From the User dropdown menu, select a user from the podcast audience to view their episode transcript. 

   

2. Click Show Script.
   The page displays the transcript for the selected user.

   
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for any audience user you want to review.
4. Click Complete Generation.

You have initiated the generation of the AI Podcast episode. It is now being processed.

Once the generation is complete, you can choose to:

• Publish the episode directly, or
• Review and edit individual transcripts to refine the content if necessary.

After the generation of an AI Podcast episode is complete, you can publish it.

1. Under Thumbnail, upload or select an image for the episode to use as an image when displaying the episode in the Studio and App.

2. Under Notifications, select Push Notification if you want users to receive notifications for the episode. 

   

3. Click Publish Episode. A confirmation dialog opens. 

   
4. Click Publish.

You have published the episode. If the episode overview page was not previously published, it will be automatically published with the episode.

To view the episode in the app, click Podcast Library in the App.

You can delete AI Podcast episodes your organization no longer needs. This action cannot be undone.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > AI Podcast > Episodes.
2. Click the three dots next to the AI Podcast episode you want to delete. The actions menu opens.
3. Click Delete. A confirmation dialog opens.
4. Click Delete.

You have permanently deleted the episode.
