1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > AI Podcast > Content > Overall Content Details.

2. Under General AI Context, enter general information about your organization or instructions that apply to every episode.

   
   Staffbase manages pronunciation customization. To ensure specific terms, such as company terminology, are pronounced correctly, provide a pronunciation glossary file to your Customer Success Manager. For best results, use the provided glossary template to list relevant terms and their correct pronunciation. 

3. Under Number of Posts per Episode, set the number of posts to include in each user’s episode.

   

   You can include a maximum of 10 posts per user.

4. Under Podcast Languages, select the languages you want the AI Podcast to be available in from the dropdown menu.

   

   You can only select languages that are configured for your organization and that are supported by the podcast text-to-speech (TTS).

5. Click Apply.
6. Click Save Changes.

You have successfully defined the overall content details of the AI Podcast.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > AI Podcast > Content > Priority Channels.

2. Click Add Channels to select channels that are important for the podcast. The Add Priority Channels dialog opens.

   
3. From the Channels dropdown menu, select all the channels that you want to highlight as priority channels.
4. Click Add.
5. Click Save Changes.

You have added priority channels to the AI Podcast. You can always remove priority channels by clicking the x next to a channel in the Priority Channels list.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > AI Podcast > Content > Excluded Channels.

2. Click Add Channels to select channels whose content you want to exclude from the AI Podcast. The Add Excluded Channels dialog opens.

   
3. From the Channels dropdown menu, select all the channels you want to exclude.
4. Click Add.
5. Click Save Changes.

You have excluded channels from the AI Podcast. You can remove an excluded channel at any time by clicking the x next to it in the Excluded Channels list.
