Emails on the left navigation of the Studio provides a central place to find, review, and manage all emails you have access to, without browsing through individual folders. This Global Emails Hub makes it easy to locate specific emails by searching for their title and refining the results with filter options.
The Global Emails Hub is especially helpful for users who work across multiple spaces and folders, or those who may not know where an email was originally created. It is also valuable for roles that manage many folders or large email libraries, offering a streamlined and centralized way to locate and work with email communications across the organization.
The hub adapts to your permissions and the spaces you can access. Users with access to spaces can filter by space or folder, while folder editors see a combined view of all folders they have access to. Users without access to the space picker see an aggregated list of all emails they have permission to view.
On the folder level, the Emails hub offers unified views of the following emails:
- Drafts
- Scheduled
- Sent
Search
You can search emails by their title in all tabs of the global Emails hub: Drafts, Scheduled, and Sent.
