The Staffbase Email folder system supports your organization in managing a complex internal communication setup, with multiple teams or departments handling unique audiences, templates, and workflows. It allows you to structure your communications, set team-specific permissions, and define access rights for different target groups. This organized approach ensures your teams can collaborate productively and reach the right audiences with relevant messages.
Within individual folders, you can easily view all existing emails around that topic, see quick email metrics, create a new email in that folder, and manage the folder settings. Learn more about using folders in Staffbase Email.
If you start the process of email creation from the folder view, the newly created email will automatically be assigned to this folder. Learn more about Using Folders.
