The Staffbase platform allows audience-specific publishing of dynamic content in news channels. Learn more about news channel types. Each news channel in the Studio has an overview page that lists the individual posts that have been created, scheduled, or published. The overview opens automatically when you select a news channel that is accessible to you.

It is possible to narrow down the news posts shown in the overview. The filtering and sorting options allow you to make finding specific news posts easier and faster. You can:

By default, posts are listed in order of when they were last updated. If you have a post that was published two months ago but was changed yesterday, it will be shown at the top of the overview page.

When you filter by publication status, the dates of the new posts update to reflect that selection. For example, CEO Update was last updated on July 3rd, 2024. When you sort by Published, the date for that post changes to July 2nd, 2024, as that was when it was published.
