Offline Mode allows you to download pages in your Employee App, giving you access to important information without an internet connection. You can save specific pages, such as safety protocols or HR guidelines to view them anytime, even when offline. Learn more.

Easily download any page with the icon next to the title, and remove an existing downloaded page by selecting the downloaded icon and confirming. When offline, you can view a list of all your downloaded Pages in an organized overview, making it easy to select and access what you need. 

When viewing a page offline, you can access text, images, and PDFs. It is not possible to access any links, interactive parts of the page, or any other area of the Employee App.

Downloading a Page

1. In your Employee App, navigate to a page you want to download.
2. Tap the download icon next to the page title.
   
   
   
   The page downloads.
   
   

You have downloaded a page. When you open your app without an internet connection, the page is shown in a list of other pages you have downloaded. You can remove downloaded pages anytime by tapping the download icon next to the title.

Viewing Downloaded Pages Offline

1. Open your Employee App.
   The Available offline list of downloaded pages displays.
   
   
2. Tap the page you want to open.
   The page opens.

You have viewed the downloaded page while offline. The content remains the same until you reopen the page when you are online, in which case it is refreshed with updates, if any.
