The Google Drive Search helps you stay connected to your Google Drive from the comfort of your employee app or intranet. With the Google Drive Search, your users can search for content in the Staffbase platform and find content from your organization's Google Drive. Search results from your Google Drive are conveniently shown directly in a dedicated tab in your Staffbase platform search.
A Seamless Transition
Clicking on a result in the Google Drive search tab will bring the user directly to the desired content in Google Drive. This new search option saves the user the hassle of having to search for the content again on another platform and saves content creators from duplicating content. Once users are signed into their Google accounts, they can seamlessly navigate to the content they are looking for, without worrying about whether it lives in Staffbase or Google Workspace.
To make Google Search available to your users, you need to add the Google Workspace connections.
