Setting Up Push Notifications for Chat

Notifications alert you when a new chat is available in the employee app. You can activate and deactivate push notifications for your mobile or web app.

  1. Open the app menu.
  2. Tap the gear wheel to open the settings.
    The Settings page opens.
  3. Tap Notifications
  4. Scroll down to Chat.
  5. Adjust the toggle for Push Notification to activate notifications for chat messages.
    You have updated your notification settings for chat.

  3. Tap Notifications.
  4. Scroll down to Chat.
