This article describes all available account types that determine user permission levels for Staffbase Email.

Account Types
- Parent Admin
Has access to any account and can manage subscription and billing options. - Admin
Has access to any account within the Admin, Manager, and Base User level, and can edit their account settings or feature access. - Manager
Has access to any account within its group at the Manager or Base User level, and can edit their display name or department. - Base User
Only has access to its own account and account capabilities.

Any email address can be used for tracking if the following three conditions are met:

Account Management
If you have the current Staffbase App and/or Intranet integrated with Staffbase Email, use your Studio to:
- Add users
- Reset passwords
- Remove users
- Update user information

**Starting in early April 2022, the option to remove users by clicking Revoke Plan is no longer available. To remove a user account, contact Staffbase Support or your Account Manager for assistance.
