Note on product naming: Bananatag became Staffbase Email in January 2022.
Some key aspects of Staffbase Email temporarily retain the Bananatag name, such as app.bananatag.com, etc.
For all intents and purposes, Bananatag and Staffbase Email are synonymous.
Selectively share your individual Staffbase Email Designer drafts or templates with groups or specific users to save time, improve the look and consistency of your content, and collaborate on emails.
Alternately, with Shared Views enabled, all members of a group can access the tracked emails sent by other members as well as access other members' Email Designer drafts and templates by default.
Sharing a Draft
- In the Staffbase Email web app, open your list of Email Designer drafts.
- Click the three dots icon next to your selected draft, then click Share Draft.
- Locate the users or groups you'd like to share the draft with and click Invite.
- Select their permission level from the dropdown menu that appears.
- Click Done.
To un-share a draft, click the red dot.
Sharing a Template
Templates can be shared in a similar way to drafts, but there are two significant differences:
- Individual templates cannot be shared; only folders.
- Templates can only be shared with user groups.
