First Steps

The instructions below outline how to download and install our add-in or extension for your email client, create and track emails, then read and understand the impact of your communications.

1. Sign in to the Staffbase Email web app

2. Install our add-in for Outlook or our extension for Gmail

3. Create drafts and templates in the Email Designer

4. Track your email

5. Read and interpret your results
