You can use an RSS feed to display content from external websites via a channel in your employee app. If new content is available in an RSS feed, it is transferred to the channel. The update takes place on an hourly basis.
RSS feed integration is supported only on Article and Update channel types.
- In the Experience Studio, navigate to the channel for which you want to add an RSS feed.
- Click the gear wheel to open the settings.
The settings page of the channel opens.
- Navigate to Plugin settings: Channel > Sources.
Click Add source.
The Add source dialog opens.
- Provide a source URL and source name.
- Click Add.
