Interactive news channels allow your users to view news, exchange opinions, or even arrange meetings with their colleagues. Learn more in Overview of Interactive News Channels.

Creating an Interactive News Channel

1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > News.
2. Click Add channel.
   
   
   
   The Create Channel dialog opens.
3. Provide a name.
   
   
4. Under Channel type, select Updates.
   This channel type fits an interactive news channel best as it has short articles with the option to include media. Learn more about news channel types.
5. Click Save.
   The channel is created and the channel settings open.
6. Under the Contributors dropdown, select which users can post to the interactive news channel.
   
   
7. Click Save

You have created a news channel and allowed your users to write posts. Once you publish the news channel, it will be available to your users.
