A quick pulse survey is a one-question user survey in a 5-star rating format. Use quick pulse surveys to check in with your users on their well-being or monitor the success and acceptance of new policies or processes. Once you have installed the Surveys plugin, you can start creating surveys to gather valuable employee insights.
Adding a Quick Pulse Survey
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > Surveys.
- Click Add Survey.
The dialog to add a new quick pulse survey opens.
- Provide a title for the survey.
- Select the visibility for the survey from the dropdown menu.
- Click Add Survey.
Configuring a 5-Star Rating Question
After adding a survey, the survey editor automatically opens.
- Provide the Survey Question.
- Optionally, add additional information to give your users more context or rating instructions.
- Click Save.
- Optionally, click Preview to see how your survey will look for users.
Your question has been saved. Now you can schedule your survey.
