The Event Registration plugin is a powerful organizational tool for planning and tracking participation in company events, such as mandatory safety, IT, other work-related training, as well as company or team events. You can set up individual events or recurring events.
Adding an Event
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > Event Registration.
- Navigate to the registration you want to add an event to.
- Click + Event to add a new event.
- A page to configure the event opens.
- Provide a title for the event.
- Provide the event location.
- Set the start and end dates for the event. You also have the option to make your event a recurring event.
- Optionally, provide additional event details, such as Event Host, Brief Description, and an Event Summary.
- Click Save.
Adding a Recurring Event
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > Event Registration.
- Click + Event to add a new event.
- Provide a title for the event.
- Check the checkbox Repeat the event.
All recurring events after will adopt the same time. If you schedule your first recurring event from 16:00 to 17:00, the following events will also occur at this time of day.A section to configure the recurring event opens.
- Select on which days of the week the event should repeat.
- Select an end date for the recurrence.
- Provide additional event details.
Once you have saved a recurring event, edits can only be made to individual events, but not the whole series. - Click Save.
This event will be visible to users in the events list once you have published the event registration.
Setting a Maximum Capacity For an Event
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > Event Registration.
- Click + Event to add a new event.
- Under Capacity, enter the maximum number of participants that can register for the event.
- Provide additional event details.
- Click Save.
Publishing an Event Registration
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > Event Registration.
- Navigate to the event registration you want to publish.

Click Publish Event registration.
The event registration is now visible for your users.
