You can assign users to system-wide roles across the whole app. By giving a user system-wide rights, you are allowing them extended access to the app menu, analytics, and, in the case of system-wide administrators, even the app settings and user management. Make sure users are educated in using the Studio before assigning them system-wide rights.

1. In the Studio, navigate to User Settings > Registered users or Pending users.
2. Go to the user that you want to give extended rights to.
3. Click Edit.
4. For the Access setting, select a system-wide role from the dropdown menu.
5. Click Save.
