You can manually set a permanent or temporary recovery code for individual users in the Studio. This is ideal for single cases, when a user needs to set their recovery code.

Manually Setting a Recovery Code

1. In the Studio, navigate to User Settings > Registered users. 
2. Go to the required user and click Edit. 
3. In the field Recovery code, enter the code. 
4. Set the validity of the recovery code. 
5. Click Save.
