Statistics are a great way to gain insight into how a news post is performing. You can measure the success of your post and even realign your content strategy with these useful numbers that are presented in a visually appealing and easily consumable manner.
How do I view Statistics?
Users can see the Statistics of the posts they created themselves. If you have an advanced role, you may also be able to view the statistics of posts created by other users.
In your app, go to a post you created.
In the header, click Statistics.
The Statistics dialog opens.
What insights can I gain with Statistics?
Use this feature to gain insight into how your post is performing based on number of:
Visits: The number of times the post was viewed.
Visitors: The number of users who viewed the post.
Likes: The number of likes the post received.
Comments: The number of times the post was commented on.
Reach: The reach analytics, which provides insight into potential visitors vs actual visitors.
With what app versions are the Statistics feature available?
From native app version 4.4.0 and higher. Users using older app versions on their mobile phones will not have the Statistics button. On desktop, the Statistics feature is available from now on.
