Post statistics and reach analytics empower you to align to your content strategy and improve content to boost engagement in your internal communications platform. Post statistics help you measure how each post in a channel is performing and compare its performance with other posts.
These numbers are presented in a visually appealing and easy-to-consume manner that help you make data-driven decisions. The detailed traffic sources show you how every user navigated to the post. Viewing the Post Statistics
The Studio offers a detailed insight into the performance of your post. Directly in the News overview, you can see with just one click relevant numbers for the engagement with the post as well as the most important traffic sources.
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > News.
- Navigate to the post for which you want to view the statistics.
- Hover over the Reach button for a quick overview.
- Click the Reach button.

Post statistics are also available directly from a news post in the App or Intranet from the Statistics button. This quick overview is especially useful for contributors, who do not have access to the Studio view.
- In the App or Intranet, navigate to the post for which you want to view the statistics.
- When viewing the post, click Statistics in the header.
The Post Statistics dialog opens.
